Seasonings and Spices Recipes
1/3 c olive oil
3T White Wine Vinegar
1t Tarragon Leaves
1/2t Sugar
1/2t Salt
1/4t Pepper
Shake until well blended
Refrigerate until ready to use.
1T Rosemary
2T Kosher Salt
1/2c Olive Oil
2# Red Potatoes Halved
Toss all in bowl until well coated
Bake at 400 for 30 mins (or until potatoes are fork tender)
1/2c Peach Preserves
2t Worcestershire Sauce
1t Ground Ginger
Mix well and brush on your favorite pork roast 10 mins before removing from oven or grill.
